Natural Pilates 55-minute Mat classes feature our signature athletic, form-focused method.
Ankle and hand/wrist weights are used throughout class to add resistance, support bone density, and deepen muscle engagement for elevated, lasting results.
A balanced, full-body Mat Pilates experience designed to build strength through intentional movement and breath. This unheated format emphasizes a full range of motion, smooth transitions, and a slightly lower-intensity pace. Thoughtfully sequenced exercises promote endurance, mobility, and muscular control, with subtle yoga-inspired elements woven in to encourage flow, balance, and presence.
Ideal for: Building total-body strength, improving mobility, and moving with intention.
An athletic, high-intensity mat format designed to elevate strength and stamina. This class takes place in a room gently heated to 74–75°, supporting deeper stretch and increased blood flow. Expect targeted supersets, extended holds and pulses, and the use of additional props to maximize muscle engagement and fatigue. The pace is challenging yet controlled, delivering a powerful burn from start to finish.
Ideal for: Clients seeking a sweat-driven, strength-focused challenge with maximum impact.
