The class programming style and the intention in movement will increase body awareness. To keep it fun and effective, we use Merrithew V2max Plus® equipment and Stability Pilates ChairTM as well as Natural Pilates props, such as ankle weights, Booty bands, Resistance bands, the Pilates ball and the Pilates circle.

For Laura, discipline is of paramount importance. It comes from her focus on goals. She first learned about discipline and setting goals when she was on the National Archery Team in her home country of Romania, where she earned two national titles. Natural Pilates embodies Laura's expression of focus and dedication for anyone that is open to grow and change.
