Private & Semi-Private Classes


Private and Semi-Private sessions are the most personalized way to experience Pilates while you train privately or alongside a partner. Our instructors create custom programs tailored to your goals, abilities, and needs whether you’re recovering from an injury, building strength, or looking to push your practice to the next level. With individualized modifications and variations, Pilates becomes accessible to everyone from clients transitioning out of physical therapy to athletes, dancers, golfers, and teens wanting to complement their sport.
Prenatal and postnatal training are also available.

To enhance your sessions, we incorporate specialized equipment and props such as the Natural Pilates Ball, Pilates Circle, Resistance Bands, Booty Band, and free/ankle weights. By adjusting resistance, repetitions, and movement patterns, we design each workout to challenge your body and deliver lasting results.
