Private Training is the perfect way to personalize your workout! Our instructors will assess and create programs that will match your abilities, goals and needs. Our main priority is to help you build strength, flexibility, awareness and balance. The modifications and variations for each exercise make the Natural Pilates workout accessible to everyone, whether you are just coming out of physical therapy, or you want push your limit every single session. We also accommodate prenatal and postnatal clients, golfers, dancers, teens and professional athletes who want to complement their sport. If you are recovering from an injury, our instructors can work with your Physical Therapist, doctor, or personal trainer to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to your recovery and performance.
To increase the intensity or add assistance to exercises, we incorporate many props in
our workouts, such as the Natural Pilates Ball, Natural Pilates Fitness Circle, Natural
Pilates Flex Band, Natural Pilates Booty Band, and free/ankle weights. Our approach is
different from a typical Pilates workout. We manipulate the resistance profile and
amount of repetitions to really challenge the body. We also structure our sessions a bit
differently. By grouping exercises according to muscular participation, we can ensure
that you really feel the burn! If you prefer to focus on mobility and flexibility, Gyrotnoic
might be the perfect fit for you! Or a combination of Pilates for strength and Gyrotnoic
for mobility.
Gyrotnoic is a unique system that stretches and strengthens at the same time with
minimal effort while increasing the range of motion. The GYRONTONIC EXPANSION
SYSTEM was conceived using key principles of gymnastics, swimming, ballet and yoga. In
each of these disciplines, all major muscle groups are worked independently but in an
integrated manner. This unique form of exercise is spiraling in nature, which makes
GYRONTONIC training fundamentally different from any other body work and a perfect
complement to other forms of exercise.
