Private Training is the perfect way to personalize your workouts! Our instructors will assess and create a program that will match your limitations, goals and needs. Our main priority is to help you build strength, flexibility, awareness and balance. The modifications and variations for each exercise make the Natural Pilates workout accessible for everyone from clients that are just coming out of physical therapy, to clients that want to push their limits every single time. We also accommodate prenatal and postnatal clients, golfers, dancers, teens and professional athletes trying to supplement their practice. If you are recovering from an injury our instructors can work with you're Physical Therapist/doctor/personal trainer to ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes down to your performance.
Our approach is that we need to challenge the body appropriately manipulating the amount of repetitions and weight till the muscles are feeling the burn. If you want to focus on mobility and feel like being stretched out, GYROTONIC might be the perfect fit for you or a combination between pilates (strength) and GYROTONIC (mobility).
GYROTONIC is a unique system that stretches and strengthens at the same time with minimal effort while increasing the range of motion. The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM is conceived using key principles of gymnastics, swimming, ballet and yoga in which all major muscle groups are worked independently and in an integrated manner. The unique form of exercise is spiraling in nature, which makes GYROTONIC training a fundamentally different and perfect compliment to other forms of exercise.
Our studio is equipped with top of the line STOTT Pilates equipment (V2max plus Reformers and Towers), Cadillacs, Pilates Stability chairs, Pilates Barrels) and GYROTONIC equipment. If you prefer a very active, fun workout we incorporate a lot of props in our repertoire like ankle weights, resistance bands, stability balls, fitness circles and free weights.
