Are perfect for couples or friends that want a more individualized attention than a group class environment could offer and have specific goals and objectives for training. Semi-Private are scheduled at your convenience and offer additional savings over Private training. These sessions are a great way to give and receive encouragement from your partner.

    Semi-Private Training Sessions utilize all of the specialized equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrels, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel and a variety of other small apparatus for a fun, varied and challenging work out every time.

    Semi-Private Training Sessions are approximately 1 hour in length and by appointment only - other options available upon request. We require 24 hour notice of rescheduling and/or cancellation prior to the scheduled session. A late cancel or absent session will be charged full price to the client. All sessions expire 6 months after the purchase.
